This is my 2nd time calling McGowan's Heating and Air Conditioning. John, their technician gave a courtesey call before arriving punctually at my home. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what was wrong and why, while showing me what was wrong. He explained what he was doing and how it would help. He answered all my questions and went above and veyond my expectations. He was very neat and clean, respecting my home and not leaving a mess.
