I want to thank you so much for your company's repair of my air conditioner over this past weekend. Even though I was not a prior customer, the serviceman repaired the system on Sunday morning. I sincerely appreciate his honesty.
When I replace my system (probably this Fall) I will definitely be contacting your company.

This is my 2nd time calling McGowan's Heating and Air Conditioning. John, their technician gave a courtesey call before arriving punctually at my home. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what was wrong and why, while showing me what was wrong. He explained what he was doing and how it would help. He answered all my questions and went above and veyond my expectations. He was very neat and clean, respecting my home and not leaving a mess. John is an exceptional representation of your company and worthy of praise and recognition. Thank you!

McGowans went above and beyond replacing a leaking coil in my 3 year old unit. Although only the part was under warranty, Phyllis (a co-owner) convinced the manufacturer (Goodman) to absorb the labor cost. Ron H, the technician, was very professional. I will recommend McGowans to my condo neighbors. --Bob M
